The learning tools that are provided to me by the University Of Phoenix will help me achieve my degree. The learning tools at University Of Phoenix are very convenient and easy to use. I noticed that these learning tools promote productive interactions between students and faculty. These productive interactions are responsible for students succeeding in their chosen field of study.

Learning tools provide a good sense of support. I believe that a sense of support is important because having the answer to everything is impossible. However having learning tools in place gives me the opportunity to research, learn, and find information that I need. The three most important learning tools that I rely on are E resources, learning teams, and the problem -based learning method

The Value of rEsourcerEsource is a very important tool that helps me to achieve success. E resources is a form of online education that is designed to enhance my educational success while I'm at the university of Phoenix. In my opinion the three the most important parts are online library, e-mail accounts, and online course materials.

Online course materials are provided by rEsource are very convenient for me to access. Course content that is provided online in this manner removes the frustrations. The type of course content rEsource provides is course overview, and class assignments. Having these types of materials available to me 24/7 allows me to schedule my life around my MBA program. My job and personal responsibilities are the biggest barriers to obtaining my MBA degree. However by having course content available to me 24/7 makes it easier to manage considering that my job and personal responsibilities are important to me.

Having course materials available to me 24/7 also gives me a chance to browse other course related books and articles that are presented.

The online library has a major impact on my success at The University Of Phoenix. In my opinion the online library is an important part of rEsource. It's important because the online library has a huge collection of articles, books, and documents. This type of material will help me understand the work that is being assigned. I consider the online library to be a very motivating tool to use while at The University Of Phoenix.

The online library gives me a chance to explore different ideas about my school work and career. When I'm presented with different ideas about my school work or career it makes my MBA program at lot more interesting. This feeling of interest in my MBA program will help me to finish my degree. It will also help me to be a very helpful member among my fellow students.

The e-mail accounts rEsource provides is a great communicating tool among fellow students. My e-mail account is a way I can send and receive different messages from different students and faculty. These messages can contain a variety of things. My e-mail account gives me the chance to share my different perspectives about what I learned with other students. Sharing my perspectives about the course work helps me to form different thoughts about what I learned. This will help me have complete understanding of the different courses I take. Having a complete understanding of each course is important. This gives me a good way to enhance my communication skills with different students, learning team members, and faculty.

Learning teams help bring students together and it improves the quality of work. Learning teams teach students how to share their strengths with each other to work towards a goal or projects.
