It is my career objective to gain and maintain employment at a reputable organization where I can exploit the theoretical and practical knowledge that I have acquired at DeVry University, while learning new skills that would be beneficial to the organization as well as for personal advancements.

The company that I will be using for my job search plan is Hewitt Associates. This organization deals with Human Resources outsourcing and consultation for other companies that either do not have an HR department or just need some advice from experts in the field. Hewitt Associates was founded in 1940 and is currently the worldÐ'ÐŽÐ'¦s larges Human Resources outsourcing and consulting firm, this includes eight-six offices world wide twenty-five of which are in the United States.
