        Lea Michele once said, “If you believe in yourself you can make yourself whatever you want to be.” So in my opinion, if you believe that you love someone the exterior of that certain person no longer matters as long you believe in the thought that you are in love with him, but there are contradicting opinions when you attach it to the concept of love. However, when you watch the Korean movie entitled The Beauty Inside starring Han Hyo– Joo as Yi - Soo a renowned actress who also starred in different drama series that became a hit in South Korea entitled W, Dong Yi, Brilliant Legacy and more to be mentioned. Aside from the mentioned drama series that became a blockbuster hit she did not fail to meet the expectation when she prove her acting skills in her previous movie Cold Eyes where she receive the award of being the best actress when she played the role of Ha Yoon – Jo  who is a detective in the film Cold Eyes. You will understand the point of view of having doubts since what you see is not everything when she played the role of Yi – Soo. The screenplay for the 2015 movie was directed by Director Baek Jong – Yeol who was instantly recognized after being awarded as the best new director when he led the screenplay for The Beauty Inside. In order to create the entire film Director Baek Jong – Yeol was given a chance when he received a helping hand from the screenwriter Park Jung –Ye and Kim Sun – Jung who is known for being part of the team that created the blockbuster movie of 200 Pounds Beauty the said writers were known within the industry because of their different artworks. The story started when they introduce the way of living of Woo – Jin in the movie and he realized that he changed into another persona again and he does not seem surprised in that situation he was in since it is already part of his everyday life. The film was part of the 52ndDaejong Film Awards and they were able to bring home an award for being the Best New Director. The movie also participated in the 36th Blue Dragon Film Awards as they were nominated in the category of Best Film Editing and they did not fail to bring home the given recognition according to an article from the site of AsianWiki.

        The film actors succeed in portraying in the said screenplay. Han Hyo– Joo succeeds in portraying her role. She was able to bring the emotion for her character that contains anger, frustration, confusion, and contentment. As you watch the movie you can see how Yi – Soo grow as the 127 minutes of movie pass by. She was able to let the audience have a grasp the emotion of what if they were in her shoes, she was able to convey all the emotions needed and did not fail to capture the attention of the viewers. I can guarantee that the overall cinematography of giving all the emotions for lingering feelings of confusion and doubts about who you are can make it through your bones as you watch the whole film. This movie will give you different kinds of what if’s but the first what if that is remarkable for me is “What if I experience the same thing will I be able to handle it?” it will be answered eventually as you watch the 2 hours and 7 minutes movie.

        The actors who portrayed the character of Yi – Soo did not fail in making the viewers feel that they are the same person on the inside who wakes up in a different body every time when new day starts, different livelihood but the same person who is in love in one and only girl. The only thing that he has that is constant in his life is the fact the there is a possibility that the girl he cherishes and he once loved will wake up that she will not be able to recognize his appearance. Kudos to the actors who portrayed the character of Yi – Soo namely Kim Dae-myung, BaeSung-woo, Chun Young-woon, Park Shin-hye ,Lee Beom-soo  Park Seo-joon,  Kim Sang-ho, Chun Woo-hee , Juri Ueno, Lee Jae-joon, Kim Min-jae, Lee Hyun-woo , Jo Dal-hwan, Lee Jin-wook , Hong Da-mi, Seo Kang-joon ,Kim Hee-won, Lee Dong-wook, Go Ah-sung, Kim Joo-hyuk,  YooYeon-seok, Lee Seung-chan, Kwon Gi-ha, Kim Rok-kyeong, Kim Gwang-seop, Park Keun-rok, Yoon-hwan, Kim Yeon-hee, Son Seong-chan, and Park Min-soo because of the mentioned actors they are one of the reasons why the whole movie was able to move smoothly and made as a complete set.  Yi – Soo has no lasting relationship but that is until he met the girl who turned his world upside down by entering his life. Part of the consequences of having different appearance is figuring how he will make Yi – Soo to recognize and reunite with her.
