CRITICAL THINKING

Critical thinking is very important in our every day lives. When critically thinking, you can decide weather or not you are going to do something, and if it's best for you. Opening your mind to this will make you more successful and open to what is going on around you.

Critical thinking is a mental process where you must analyze, and then apply. When critically thinking you evaluate information to come to an answer or conclusion that is probably best. It is important to use this often.

A big part of critical thinking includes creating new ides. When creating new ideas you can invent or improve. Ethanol powered cars is one of the inventions being worked on today. If the people working on the cars did not use critical thinking they would not be able to design the best and most efficient car.

Critical thinking can also be used for making decisions. Making good decisions is important. Each day we decide what we are going to do. We could make a decision to do something stupid that could some day cause permanent damage or we could make a good decision and decide that we are not going to do that.

When solving problems we want to use critical thinking. If we did not use critical thinking we would probably not come out with the best conclusion. With hurricane Katrina, Bush must decide what he is going to do to fix this disaster. Because of his decisions to do fund raisers and relief programs, New Orleans and affected hurricane areas will hopefully recover rapidly.
