Executive summary

“ZAZA” is an online shop that will sell the clothes only domestic designers. We already have online stores that sell the clothes of certain designers, however we are going to introduce the website with the huge choice of the best clothes of the most talented designers, such as Kuralai Nurkadilova, Aida Kaumenova, Balnur Asanova, Aigul Kasymova and so on. We are going to make a contribution in the development of our economy.

The problem is that people does not know nomadic designers and consider that their clothes are not high qualified and expensive. We are going to prove them otherwise. We are going to select goods for our shop by ourselves. Online store “ZAZA” will differentiate from other shops with high speed and 100% guarantee that our clothes will be good quality.

Our objectives are:

  • To Provide clients with high quality clothes
  • To increase the sale of nomadic goods
  • Attract more potential customers
  • To increase of our economy
  •  To increase the popularity of our designers


        The design of the Internet-shop should be convenient and plain, so that a customer that visiting it for the first time can orientate oneself without any problems, and can find what he wants. We are going to sell clothes and accessories as for adults as for children.

Company description

“ZAZA” is an E-commerce company designed to sell nomadic designers clothes and accessories. Our goal is to show abilities of our domestic designers and  make it as easy and convenient as possible to purchase. We are not going to prove that our clothes can be cheap, we want to prove that you may find domestic high qualified dresses for reliable price. In order to do that, we are going to create an online store.  As for any online shop, the design is play one of the main role in this project, our design will be attractive and tastefully chosen. Our online shop “ZAZA” will be a breath of fresh air in our country. 

As it will be online shop, anyone who understand gadgets can be our clients. As “ZAZA” online shop is just going to be opened, there will be limitations in clothe choice. For the first time, we are going to sell clothes for male and female from 10 years to 50 years. So, our clients can be as teenagers as adults. You will be able to buy clothe for yourself, for your relative or as present.

In our large country, we have a lot of small online shops that are not so popular among people. According to statistics, the most popular online store is “Lamoda”. However, its popularity is declining with the bad review on clothe quality and price. In Kazakhstan we have thousand online stores. However, not all of them are competitors for each other. Competitors are those shops that either sale same product, or are targeted to the same target audience.

Comparative analysis of the competitors market should be made according to the criteria that influence the principal decision of the client to buy at the chosen shop. These criteria include:

  • Types and methods of advertising;
  • Popularity of web site;
  • Design and structure of online store;
  • Delivery system according to schedule;
  • Wide range of product;
