Best Practices in Critical Thinking and Decision Making

Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Decision Making the concept of critical thinking is a form to think of responsible way related to the capacity to emit good judgments. It is a form to think on the part of whom genuinely it is interested in obtaining knowledge and looking for the truth and not simply to leave victorious when is done. To think critically consists about an intellectual process that, in decided form, regulated and auto regulated, it looks for to arrive in a reasonable opinion. This it is characterized by the product of an effort of interpretation, analysis, evaluation and inference of the evidences; and can be explained or be justified, by evidentially, conceptual, contextual considerations and of criteria, on which it is based. To think critically is related to the reason, the intellectual honesty and the mental amplitude in contrast to the emotional thing, the intellectual laziness and the mental narrowness (narrow mind). Consequently, to think critically involves following the thread of the evidences to where they take to us, to consider all the possibilities. Further, to find the effects of the possible motivations and prejudices, to be interested in finding the truth more that in being the right to prevent that influence in our judgments. A decision is the end item of the specific mental-cognitive process of an individual or a group of people or organizations, which denominates decision making, therefore is a subjective concept. It is a mental object and it can as much is an opinion as a rule or a task to be executed and/or of being applied. In more precise terms, a mental object D is a decision if this one were obtained by a conscious election of 'only one opinion or one action (from a set known alternatives), and is designated for an application. The decisions some times are influenced by factors that have nothing almost to do with the surrounding reality or material facts. Critical thinking skill is a commitment to continuous improvement. Critical thinking skill to make the decisions to return to school and graduating are explain in the following aspects.

Critical thinking is characterized by careful evaluation and judgment in order to fully understand issues and make precise decisions. It focuses on the quality of our thinking, the progression of logical reasoning, and the process of cognitive deliberation. It is thinking about thinking. In this days, as an ex-student form my University as a Bachelor in Psychology I work as an assistant manager in the Dept. of make ready in a car dealership. I have to do must of the times many decisions to keep our customer satisfied, and I have to comply with the company normative. I felt that I have the opportunity to improve my knowledge in my area of psychology, due is related to deal with employees and customers, and in other words all is about to relationship. This profound thought made me feel that I have enough time to go back to school and get my Master degree in my always love career.

I think Improve decision-making capabilities through critical thinking, structured reasoning, and creative problem analysis give the best results in any relationship. Furthermore, effective decision makers are those rare individuals who are able to consistently identify and choose the best option among multiple alternatives. Their decisions are imaginative, reasoned, and defensible and count all of the times. These tools are very necessary to become an inventive and more Logical decision maker in our labor. If we l explore a structured way to approach and dismantle problems, and we learn to clarify problems in terms of objectives and issues, with a view toward optimum outcomes. Applying the techniques of critical thinking allows us to dismantle complex problems and to understand the inputs and implications of our thought processes. This training allows us to develop positions on issues that are logical and explicable to others. After completing the concepts everybody could understand why most decisions are of poor quality and we will be able to impose quality controls on our decisions and the decisions of others.

Over the last three years I have been working as an assistant manager for the automotive dealership my focus on these assignments it is a focus on supporting the high level and knowledge our co-workers have engaging them in the language and ways of our code of business conduct.
