Joe’s car wash is a high-quality car wash serving company. The car wash provides its customers with top quality cleaning services ranging from interior vehicle washing, exterior, and other specified cleaning.  The company cleans all types of vehicles as required by the customer. The management led by Mr. Joe Jacobs in the near future is planning to open additional car wash centers in the neighboring cities. New car owners, older luxury car owners, Sports car owners, lifetime owners, dealerships and local businesses are main target segments of the market. Joe cash wash' competitive edge is and will be Joe Jacobs and the quality of the family name in the Honolulu area. The Jacobs’ family has been in the car business for over forty years, and has an excellent reputation and a myriad of both business and personal contacts. Personal Selling, Posters, Promotion, website and billboards are the main marketing and advertising technics used by Joe Car wash. Joe Car wash will make use of both permanent and part-time employment plan. The company will hire four full-time car wash/detail specialists and two full-time car wash specialists. Car Wash is a limited liability corporation.

The mission of Joe’s car wash is to provide top-quality car washing to all customers in in the city of Honolulu. Joe car wash will maintain an environment empowers its employees so that they will be able to provide impeccable services to the customers.

Business description

Joe’s car wash charges itself with meeting its customer base demands. It satisfies this by providing it three main services. The first one is exterior cleaning. This service includes pre-cleaning, cleaning wheels & tires, surface cleaning & prep, drying, polishing & buffing, and waxing, and inspection among other details. Next is the interior cleaning services. This one involves pre-clean & vacuum, cleaning leather & vinyl, dash dressing, and inspection among other details. The company also provides other cleaning services according to the customer’s prescriptions. Joe’s car wash is the leading car wash within the city of Honolulu. The car wash does not have vigorous competitors who can manage to compete in terms of offering a high-quality service at a reasonable price. Most of the competitors stick to competing in terms of prices but not services. The company cures the competition with elegant and creativity. These are some of the qualities that enable the business to quench the need for refined quality that comes with superb distinguishing itself from others.

Market Analysis Summary

Joe car wash is based in Honolulu. The area several advantages in regard to the market available. Above 50% of residents in Honolulu own and/or lease new vehicles and they put so much significance on the vehicles they own and how these cars look. Car dealers are everywhere in Honolulu indicating that the demand is very. Joe car wash categories its clients by kind of vehicle owned. There is general belief that the kind of vehicle owned tells much on their driving and hence the washing, cleaning and detailing required.

New car owners: Individuals with new cars most probably use a hand vehicle cleaning services. The owners will always take great pride in their vehicles and bring them often to the wash and detail service. The objective with this category of clients is to stimulate consistent use of the wash and detail services. Joe car wash takes pride in making the new cars maintain their look for a very long time.

 Lifetime owners: Many of these people have owned their cars for more than five. This implies that they are so attached to their vehicles and so they bring their car in for a wash when the car is dirty.

Dealerships: In every three miles of the location of Joe car wash there are new and used car dealerships. The car dears mainly use outside car wash services to detail their vehicles before they are put up for sale.
