How Life Would be Different If I Wasn't In College
Now that I look back at high school, I realize that I could have done a lot better. The work was not all that difficult, it just needed to get done. I for one, love to procrastinate.
All through high school, my friends and I would always make fun of the kids who didn't go to college or the kids who didn't graduate high school. Nearing the end of my senior year of high school, I started having doubts whether I would graduate or not. Not having heard from any colleges, I stared worrying more and more. The more I worried the more I would do my work thinking I at least have to graduate from high school. With a few weeks left of school, I was in class when I got a call from Jeff Pryne telling me I had been accepted to New England College. When I heard the news, it felt like a huge burden had been lifted off my shoulders.
If I wasn't accepted a college I would be working a whole lot and wouldn't have a life. Luckily or hopefully I would still have my summer job because I would be getting paid under the table and I would be getting a raise every four months. Most likely I would still be living with my parents. As much as I love my parents, I don't think I would be able to live under there house rules and I would move
out. If I didn't go to college I probably wouldn't go out a lot because all my friends would be at school. After awhile I would get depressed because my life would suck. I can't really see myself not going on to college, so I would end up taking classes at a community college. I would then try to get into a state college or university.
