The demand generation company established in the year 2010 has an annual turnover of 1.4CR. operates in B 2 B industry and it mainly provide services in contact discovery, lead generation, appointment setting, digital marketing, white paper syndication  leads event promotions.

The objective of the project is to generate leads and enhance the business of the company. To achieve the same we had certain sub objectives which can be listed as follows:

  • To retrieve contact details of the prospects which in turn can be converted into leads
  •  Lead generation by converting the prospects into leads
  • To facilitate an engagement between the target and the prospect company.
  • To promote an annual conference among the prospect companies and ensuring  their participation with proper follow ups.
  • To launch Email marketing campaign to reach the target customers in the form of advertisement.
  • To pitch in with the services of Xyz to the appropriate prospects to enhance the customer base, the company’s market and it’s relationships.

Initially the prospects were searched through various sources keeping in mind the demands of the client company ,its product and of the appropriate person who has the decision making authority. These contacts were then reached to pitch in the products which are marketed by our clients company. The prospects were then converted  into leads by successfully generating their interest in the products.

Event promotions were also done so as to acquire more customers for the client’s company They were then persuaded to attend the event which in turn leads in deriving greater business for the company. Email campaigns were also launched for greater advertising of a client’s product and its features.

The services of were also pitched in to various prospect companies which resulted in larger customer base.

The targets given with each project was different and was equally challenging. Based on the project experience I suggested a few steps that can increase the company’s operational efficiency.
