Executive Summary

Prosperous Future Education Center is a Baku-based company that offers a variety of educational services. In recent years finding a good job is very difficult in Baku. The oil sector is the main part of economy; that is why there is need to improve non-oil sectors of economy.  If you want to get a high-paid job, your background must be different from other candidates. That’s the reason why nowadays studying abroad, having experience are very popular among young people. But lack of knowledge makes it hard for students to go abroad. We, at the Prosperous Future Education Center, make it possible to go abroad or get a distance learning chance.  

Our Offers:

On an international scale people want to get more knowledge in different countries. We are making a facility for students to achieve their goals. We partner with more than 400 universities all over the world. Moreover, our partnership with the most famous language courses such as EF, FSI, IALC, LLI as well as hundreds of local courses is an easy and great opportunity for students to study in abroad.

Our collaboration with the Government Scholarship Service is a great facility. With this opportunity students can study for free in expensive universities. Although this is so advantageous in public universities, it doesn’t provide scholarship for private universities. We have discounts for private universities who partner with us.  Until now we have sent more than 1300 students to 40+ countries.  Study Abroad Manager- Usame Bin Laden, has two years of experience about this field, and he has sent more than 100 students to universities which are in TOP10 ranking. Prosperous Future Education Center offers private lessons to help young learners to expand their knowledge. Lessons are based on international studies. Teachers are experienced masters in their profession who have studied in U.S, Canada, European universities.

In our courses this is preferable to study either in a group or individually. If you finish our one semester foundation courses you can directly start bachelor studies abroad. Everyone can get an international certificate by finishing full course programs.

In the company there will be board of executive, reception, and teachers. This year approximately 15% of revenue will go to teachers and other employees, 20% of the rest is for events (exhibitions, training, etc.). By 2014 we plan to have partnership with 70% universities of top 500 universities (QS Ranking). For Foundation courses we have international study materials which are similar to subjects in universities. Social Clubs will be in our main office, but by next year we want to open three new branches near universities.

Prosperous Future Education Center’s marketing strategy is to emphasize the quality of possibilities we provide (“Education in your hands!”) and the availability of our services.  Based on the size of our market and our defined market area, we estimate our income projections for the first year as $110,000. The salary for owner will be $1,000. We are seeking an investment of $1,500,000 (Investor will earn 2% every month) to finance our growth for this year. The owner has invested $400,000 to meet working capital requirements. Already we plan to aggressively build our client base through newspaper, local television and direct mail advertising.

Marketing Strategy

Prosperous Future Education Center will leverage competitive edge to get more market share. We offer our students valuable advantages including: different courses with professional teachers, easy access to foreign universities, free studies with the government scholarship, entertaining learning clubs, and user-friendly online studies.

For promotion mix we use mainly social media marketing. By having a page in Facebook, in Twitter and having a blog of online courses we communicate with our existing and potential clients. Using actual contents opt to our business we attract attention of social network users. In Facebook we use advertising campaign to get to most of the users in Azerbaijan.  

Another advertising tool we use is fliers and brochures. Consenting with universities and schools we share our fliers in universities and have presentations at the beginning of each semester. Moreover, for business people we share our fliers and brochures at companies or landmarks.

We participate in all exhibitions and promote our business. In those exhibitions many students are mostly interested in studying abroad, we communicate all our offers and take their e-mail addresses for further talk.

Lastly, we get representativeness accreditations and certificates from foreign universities, learning centers and institutions. It helps us to be the only official representative in whole market, which will increase our sales.
