Date: starting in early 1994 through

Sept 11, 2001

Players: Khalid Shaik Mohammed, Mohamed Atta, Marwan Alshehhi, Ramzi Yousef, Mohammed Jamal Khalifa, Wali Khan Amin Shah, Abdul hakim Murad, Zahed Sheikh Mohammed, Jamal al-Fadl these were the main players named along with the Bin Laden name mentioned but never brought up as a main character him or his family members.

Mission: First was to assassinate the Pope on his visit to the Philippines as well as plant bombs on around a dozen airlines and blow them while over the ocean. This was then changed to flying them in to prominent buildings here in the U.S. And it ultimately ended up being 9/11.

Where: most of this really took place in the Philippines but it also had dealings here in the U.S. and in Japan, Pakistan

What: The Philippines government foiled this plot with many arrests and then handed over information after so time to the FBI but the information was ignored. There were many times that the plot could have been stopped before the final outcome of 9/11. I see that everything could have been controlled somewhat but our people didn't think that someone could or would even try to pull something like this off. The Philippines tried to warn us by even giving us many documents to let us know what could be coming.

The plot was foiled when investigators in the Philippines responding to an apartment fire uncover the plot.
