Personal Perspective Paper
The University of Phoenix provides a complete collection of learning resources to its students of Master of Business Administration program. Among these resource are vital tools like rEsource, a dynamic site that has all the study and research materials you need to successfully complete the program; the Learning Team, which exposes you to work in team environment and use synergy; and Problem-Based Learning, a constructivist learning environment. These three tools together are the core foundation of the learning process at University of Phoenix.
The Value of rEsource
The rEsource is a state-of-the-art online site that provides students with study materials that is needed for their course. It also provides simulations to real time situations which students may find beneficial in dealing with issues in their work place. The site is well structured and user friendly. The course map is clearly laid out with all the required reading materials, e-books, white papers, and assessments. Students do not have to carry books or go the conventional way of flipping through pages to finding the right article or chapter to read. This saves lot of time, especially during research work. Students have access to this invaluable resource at all times. It also links to the library, Center of Writing Excellence and other useful sites.
The Value of Learning Teams
Learning teams are the most effective and efficient way for students to learn the skills required for solving real life organizational problems. It allows the students to participate in collaborative activities which are very important for a student to become successful in leadership roles.
