1.0 Terms of Reference

This proposal is in response to the request for proposal (RPF) entitled “REFERENCE FOR PROPOSAL, SPECIALIST CRISIS MEDIA MANAGEMENT AND PUBLIC RELATIONS SERVICES" issued through Nestle India Limited, dated 04/07/2016. Wisecor Consulting Group has a full understanding of the commitment needed to fulfil the service requested by the Nestle India Limited. We are currently providing this service for the Jet Airways and Domino's Pizza. We look forward to the opportunity to extend our service to Nestle

1.1 Proposal Details.

In proposing this proposal, our team has carefully reviewed the RPF requirement and has determined which requirements our current service supports and which will require new customization. It is through this review that we have established a solid understanding of the requirements and objective of the Nestle India Limited.

The proposal outlines the service provided by the Wisecor Consulting Group in the horizon of the criteria set out in RFP by Nestle. We are pleased to extend our support to Nestle, which would include:

1. Advising on publicity campaigns to publicize its work to stakeholders and/or the general public

2. Advising on dealing with publicity

3. Drafting of press statement for approval by officials

4. Distributing press statements to appropriate media to get maximum exposure

5. Supporting Ad-hoc as required

6. Providing full extent of service irrespective of the time

We would be glad to accept the hourly contract proposed by you, but since we could not locate contract terms and conditions in the RFP, we look forward to meeting you to discuss this further to develop a mutual agreeable contract.

3.0 Our understanding of Nestle India Limited

Nestle SA is a Swiss multinational nutritional and health-related consumer goods company head quartered in Vevey, Switzerland. It is the largest food company in the world measured by revenues. Nestle employ around 330,000 people in over 150 countries.

Nestle set up its operations in India, as a trading company, in 1912. Nestle began trading as

“Nestlé Anglo-Swiss Condensed Milk Company (Export) Ltd.” for importing &selling finished products in the Indian market. At present Nestle has 6 manufacturing units at Choladi (Tamil Nadu), Nanajangad (Karnataka), Samlakha (Haryana), Ponda & Bicholim (Goa) which are successfully engaged in meeting the domestic as well as the exports demand.
