Teradata Corporation is a newly founded corporation that expresses their registration, disclosure and compliance issues that would meet the external and internal corporate objectives on enhanced profitability, efficient and effective operations, reliability of financial reporting and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Management realizes the accuracy and timely reporting data to management were they would be integrating their risk and financial management disciplines and many still operate their organization as a collection of individual businesses were the impact of profitability and capital usage is concerned.

The key corporate objective of Teradata Corporation is to include markets, shareholders and compliance management which must adopt and facilitate integrating risk and financial management throughout the organization. The corporation must incorporate a number of issues and challenges in implementing the framework which it would make it easier for the board of directors, facilitating internal management corporation, manage competing and conflicting priorities which would include the development an implementation roadmap, provide budget, allocate scarce knowledge and resources, and also ensure effective and efficient collaboration between business and technology (Comp. According to my research Teradata Corporation use regulators to recognize the importance of data management and have the explicitly to set data management standards as part of Basel guidance which would promote an information structure that adequately meets the challenges of improve risk measurements and management which would leads to the disclosure of that risk to markets ensuring delivery of a better program for the organization practices.
