Change is an ongoing business reality, and an underlying component of virtually all business efforts. Organizations and individuals that recognize and embrace this are more likely to achieve their business objectives and be competitive. Understanding who has power and influence in an organization and the sources of this power and influence are crucial in a change organization's efforts to successfully intervene and effect change. Americans are becoming less and less involved in political activity and continue to show a declining interest in politics and community involvement. Political choices shape your everyday life in critical ways.
However community opinions and involvement can help shape the results of many decisions that affect those who will and can benefit the most. Many of those in the community lose faith in the politics of everyday because they feel that what they have to say or do will not make a difference in their lives, but contrary to popular beliefs, the communities involvement, thoughts, actions make things happened for the world at large. I truly believe that if we each do our part we can understand how important our involvement plays in making changes. I truly believe for any community to be a successful involvement is key. It's takes a great leader to involve the most reluctant participate and at times the actively involved. Learning to understand the needs to the community and pritorizing those things are important and coming to resolutions is important to show the community that things can happen once all band together.
