After weeks of hard work and plans the practice and meeting was keep going on. The problems that we had between were keep on decreasing day by day as we get more united by every meeting and practice. Our efforts and ideas and our unity was keep getting better as I realised that we needed more time and practice. The duty of the leader is to direct the group members and give out their jobs and make sure they do it correctly. I think I been doing it quite fine as all the things were getting complete as we getting nearer to the event. A good teamwork leads to success and we were just doing fine despite some problems that we came across but we were able to solve it as a team. I believed in my team that they can do it because its my team and we have to believe on another because it’s the key to success.

Not only as a team leader but as a backstage team leader and props team leader  I had a certain roles which is to coordinate the team , arrange the position of the things , arrange props for the play , to coordinate my team members to put and arrange the props on the stage  at the correct place and  in the correct time. As the leader I think I did my job well as all the things turn up very well during the practice.

The team were getting better by every practice. We did had some problems during the practice which is misplacing of the props , missing props and our timing which was not so good . But we manage to overcome with few alternative solutions and we solve the problem as team. We planned our movement on and off the stage meticulously. Our foreplaning resulted in a smooth and perfect practice run. This helped me understand the importance of coordination and strategizing as a team leader. Rather then taking my own decision I took all the other group members opinion and concluded which made it even better. All my team member were satisfied and there were no arguments or dissatisfaction among groups members. We do work as team and take decision as team which made our team so cooperative and our bond between group members became better. We had better understand then previous meeting which drastically reduced all the problems.
