  • In the opening seconds, there were 3 large blue laundry bags. One of them opened and dropped a ton of laundry. I had to rewind because I did not believe there was that much laundry in hospitals.
  • I was surprised when the elderly man was asked what he likes about therapy. He responded, “Nothing” but despite that, he admitted that therapy has helped him get better.
  • The quote of “complex heart surgeries are just as much a part of the day as stitches and prescriptions.” I couldn’t believe that they treated 541 heart patients!
  • I was surprised that patients were able to order nice meals. I remember seeing omelets and salads in the video.
  • One of the doctors said he and his partner had performed over 1,000 of these surgeries before, and this was a cancer-related surgery.
