Problem Solution: InterClean Inc.

Choosing the right institutional and cleaning and sanitation company can be a frustrating task. The company must be designed to serve as a guide in finding a company that is successful with the best products and services that can cut through grime and kill germs. At the same time that company must reflect your personal characteristics, strengths, give creativity, create an ability to earn money, and work in relation to your employment. This will help you to summarize and clarify your mission in the industry of sanitation. This will help you to reflect on this information and lead you to the best selection. Interclean must offer multiple high-quality products and packages that work well for all of their clients. Their clients are not just into the products but the solutions and services that will streamline cleaning efforts for environmental safety.

Issue and Opportunity Identification

There is too much competition in the sanitation industry. Interclean must be able to understand their customers. There is an array of products and services that Interclean is not providing to their customers that the competition will soon be able to offer such as solutions and services that will streamline their cleaning efforts in the wake of more stringent requirements for environmental safety. InterClean wants to try a new solution and service model which will group representatives into multi-functional teams to promote their new and improved high-quality products that will give high-quality service. The representatives will be instructed in the development of full-range service packages tailored to individual accounts. They'll be trained to engage directly with facilities managers, health care professionals, and operational executives in their customers' organizations. Interclean is trying to implement this in 90 to 180 days.

InterClean has formed a partnership with Envirotech one of their competitors in the market. This merger will aide them in achieving domestic market dominance and presence in the sanitation industry. InterClean must look closely at the environmental regulations and local sanitation standards and technical specifics that will be critical for our sales team. At the same time it will be beneficial to preparing information that will be helpful to the sales staff. InterClean must find creative ways and be among the first to introduce all-inclusive service cleaning solution packages for their clientele. At the same time Interclean must review their current staff and find out what is effective for them and what skills that will be needed to have an easy transition.
