To lose fat and tone up. Gaining good strength yet having good cardio

What do you need help in developing?

A meal plan that works, considering I must base my meals around chow hall hours and what they serve. I live in a barracks room, so I have no access to kitchen utilities except for a microwave and a water cooker. I do have a gym I get into for free on base that’s open almost 24/7

Walk me through a typical day in your life. (work hours, weekend schedule, etc) – Please include what your current job entails.

Work M-F 6am-3pm, , weekends are free unless im in the field, some night I work late depending on work load.

What time do you workout?

Early morning before work and in the evening after work

Explain your past diet and if it has worked for you or not.

I used to eat whatever I wanted or felt like, lately ive been eating protein mixed with a salad fruit and greens and the occasional bread roll.

Dietary restrictions/past injuries, please list below.

 I dislike beans will eat if required to, and I can only do certain amount of weight atm while my collar bone is healing up (I am good to do any exercise now though)
