Executive Summary

The market of bags and badges is expanding and their usage in various activities has become a trend. Team Bench Mark has come up with a company called Mn8 (Emanate) to enter the NSU market and provide high quality goods and services to the targeted segments.

Our product caters to the needs and demands of consumers. Bags and badges are required in various aspects such as for events, daily usage, for exclusive items.

Our main aim is to provide goods of high quality at a lower cost. The business may not start off as profitable due to the elastic demand for these products, but as progress is made into the future and more market share is attained, the business will soon become profitable.

With the upper hand in having on-campus delivery services and customized bags, Mn8 bags will have the value proposition needed to deliver proper customer satisfaction. The main consumers would be NSU students after which the company would expand the market in several sectors.

The marketing plan shows and analyses the strategies that will be adapted to achieve the year-end goals. The profits coming in shall be around 10% of the amount invested, which shall increase over time.
