       As Chinese famous author Mr.Liang qichao says “ Resourceful youths lead to a resourceful nation; strong youths lead to a strong country. ”That’s crystal clear that education now plays a very critical component of society . However ,how to improve the quality of the education in a country has become an urgent problem in today’s society. From my prospective, I can’t agree more about the point that increase teacher’s salaries may be the best way to solve this tough problem.

       To begin with, increasing teacher’s salaries can boost teacher’s enthusiasm and devotion to the education. Nowadays, people have the high requirement for the quality of life. Everyone wants to get a comfortable and pretty bourgeois life. That’s on the basic of high salaries. And teacher is not a high-pay occupation. Some teachers may finally forced by life to abandon this occupation for some high-pay job. That’s undoubtedly a great loss of the education system. So increasing teacher’s salaries can both be an efficient way to prevent the occurrence of this problems and enhance the quality of teaching. This move will make teachers have more passion to prepare their lessons and more patience for helping students to analysis the question. So students can better understand the point what their teacher say in the class.

       In addition, more and more people will take teacher’s job as career, the competition of which could persist to improve the quality of education. With the fierce competition, the occupation of teaching is no longer a lifelong secure job. If a teacher want to keep this job, he may discover a new method of teaching students and try harder to help students make much more progress in his class. And also he must make his lessons more attractive as possible as he can. In this way, I think this will bring a great help to improve the quality of the education.
