Some people believe that doing sport at school is a distraction from more important work

Some people believe that doing sport at school is a distraction from more important work, I do not agree with this opinion because I am doing sport at school and I have my own experience with this topic. My first reason is that sport can improve your concentration and focus. My second reason is that if you are doing sport during school you will wake up your body and take a small break from learning and when you come back on class you will pay more attention. My last reason is that sport is my most important work.

In my opinion doing sport in general improves human concentration and patient. Lots of scientific researches approved this. For example, from my experience I am training every day and if a was not training every day I would not be paying attention.

I assume that doing sport at school will give small break from learning, wake up your body and increase your brain activity. For example, when I was training at school during third lesson and then came back on fourth lesson I felt like I was paying more attention and understand more than before my training.

In my case sport can not be a distraction from more important work because sport is my most important work. I think that it depends on type of people. Some people´s priority is school and some people´s priority is sport.

To summarize my thoughts, I think that sport could be a distraction from more important work, unless the most important work is sport. But I also think that doing sport can help you with paying attention and with you learning skills.
