This bakery will consist of a special home-made flavor’s and dishes with and some of varieties of cakes, pastries well as juices and will try to serve some special traditional dishes, and new variety of pizzas and different types of breads.

  1. Value of proposition: -

As we promise that our taste will be consistently and rather than that there are many dishes which you can customize that dish according to your taste and flavor besides that and thinking of all types of customers we have also have arrangements of halal dishes with many varieties with satisfactory rates.

  1. Profiling customers: -

As we are serving baked items so very first people who tend to do morning breakfast outside will have many new and fresh varieties of dishes and juice. And occasions like birthday, or parties they visit for items like cakes, pizza, and other baked snacks items. Rather than that foodies who want to try new dishes with their own taste and flavors we can say that this will be the best place for them.

In this era we can see that now people are now food and service conscious so we are trying to give best in those two areas and as we are going to improve in our service sector like try to serve as fast as possible and we are also going to start delivery (home service).and as we are also providing some special halal dishes so that every type of people can happily enter.

So basically we are new arrived in the market and besides us there are few bakeries or baked item shops which are well known by their name and items in their area so it will be little tough for us in beginning so putting more effort in our items and services and has to take care too that our all the products and dishes should be equally liked by customers so that equal balance is maintained in the business.

STRENGTH: -   We are having good reflection in terms of various aspects            like our home-made flavors, customized dish which is quite rare seen in market and all of this we serve fresh.

  • Like we cannot cover all the dishes throughout the day as some times there is massive rush or bulky orders which we cannot cover.
  • A lack of skilled worker.
  • As we are new in the market so people are not aware of our dishes and taste

OPPORTUNITY: - As we are said as developing business so we can make as      much as customers possible and try to open a new branch. THREATS: - As we are dealing with food products so keep in mind so that nobody mistake use wrong product through which customer has to suffer.so trying to give good safety in good quality control.

  • We are also going to promote our product on some social networking sites as we can see lots of people spent there most of the time on social networking pages so it can be effective.
  • We are also making our own website through which one can get all the needful information rather than that it contains some specific facilities like categories of food which you wanted, our timings, special dish of the day and other information related us.
