I really believe in the value of teamwork and so when I saw a position with your company to join your sales department I had to make sure my application was put in.  I believe strongly I will make a valuable teammate.

1. EXAMPLE OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Working in ZARA, there was a time when I delivered great customer service was when a customer had a great amount of clothing in his hand and I offered to take the load off of him and put it behind the counter neatly and continue to do so as he kept on shopping as well as let him know the promotion and help her pick out sizes.

1. CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

There was a time when I was working in Zara and a customer was furious about an item of clothing they purchased as it was damaged. They were shouting at me, and because I was a sales assistant I had no say in dealing with returns and exchanges of items. Thus, I calmed the customer down, apologised for the faulty item and called the manager straight away. The customer was happy leaving the store as they received a full refund.
