INTRODUCTION
Today, the Japanese experience of economic development, studied, researched, analyzed and implemented in many countries with both developed and developing economies.
The importance of my project is to investigate example of such extraordinary country like Japan with its accounts for a small territory and scarce resources as well as Ukraine and has, now occupies a leading position among the developed countries.
The aim is to study and give a detailed analysis of the nature of the Japanese model of economic development.
The tasks of my project are:
- to analyze theoretical basis of the research of the Japan on the global economy;
- to determine place and role of Japanese economy development in the world;
- to investigate the prospects of Japan in world economy;
- to make a conclusion of general economic situation of Japan in the world.
The object of the research the place of Japan in the world economy.
In my project the most useful information was from:

1.1. World economy: essence and main entities
The world economy (global economy) generally refers to the economy, which is based on economies of all of the world's countries' national economies. Also global economy can be seen as the economy of global society and national economies – as economies of local societies, making the global one. It can be evaluated in various kinds of ways. For instance, depending on the model used, the valuation that is arrived at can be represented in a certain currency, such as 2006 US dollars.
