Executive Summary

The project aims at understanding business development practices of the TrueWroks team especially in the domain of social media marketing. The factors responsible for affecting the social media penetration at large and influencing the customers at large. Study aims at knowing which means of advertisement has most potential reach in the market and the customers point of view about the service offered to them. Project is all about to understand the market and analysis the attitude of administration and the team as a whole. An attempt has been made to analyze the optimal impact of different parameters on TrueWorks different startups such as demographics, gender.

Study also set sight on the market research for a loyalty startup program initiated by TrueWorks and dwell on the decision of launching the application with defined user requirements or not.

 The study conducted throughout the Delhi-NCR region for the period of seven days the research has been carried out in the month of June 2018.

The information needed for research project was carried out by getting the feedback of managers of hotel industry, cafes, and boutiques through an interview taken into account for comparison of different loyalty programs as they have the adequate knowledge and experience to provide feedback.

The project also intends in formulating marketing strategy especially the factors and schemes increasing the penetration of Truematch(India’s Professional Matrimony) website and analyzing the key trends in the domain.

1.1What is the project?

Project is all about to understand the market, and analysis the parameters affecting the optimality of TrueWorks( a startup based platform which offered two services Truematch and Truepoint). An attempt has been made to analyze the impact of different social media marketing strategies on the number of downloads for the Truematch application and the primary market research for the Truepoint loyalty program through an interview process so that the company will benefit by targeting the right customer base for the appropriate benefit in return.

1.2 Definition and purpose of the project

Purpose of the project basically is -

Purpose of the project;-

  • To study the existing key trends in the professional matrimony domain.
  • To identify major competitors in different competitors in the particular domain of dating apps.
  • To analyze the opportunity existing in market and ways to attract the customers through social media marketing.
  • To do a primary market research for Truepoint (a loyalty program).

1.3Scope of the Project

As per the interview whatever information has gathered on the basis of structured form of communication that will help the company to take the decision of whether to launch the product (Truepoint) or not. The knowledge of about various effective means to do social media marketing for Truematch can also be acquired. Company can improve in their existing strategy to grasp huge response in the market based on the demographics which have more number of installations and increase in the number of customer by providing them attractive offers and discounts.
