Are you bored of not finding fit clothes to wear? Do you think your body shape not normal? Do you think your body weight will afford your social life? Do not be sad the solution is easy by following our steps. Obesity is the condition of being fat or overweight. Nowadays according to research 65% of people from the entire world are overweight. Due to lack of time management and uncareless about their body fit. To illustrate this some people are busy at school or work so they do not have time to cook a healthy meal.  There are a lot of obesity wish could cause diseases such as, diabetes and cholesterol.  Therefor, obesity is a hard disease because when you get it is extremely hard to get back your old body. There are steps that will help you get rid of obese which are.

Firstly, determination is to do something very much and not allowing anyone or difficulties to stop you to lose weight. If you are determined you can achieve your goal. For instance, if you attend a party with a lot of temptations you can avoid your self not to eat. Further more, people determination if you are determinate you should be potion and never give up. Moreover, you will not notice the results of loosing weight in a few days. For example, my sister did not get the results that she expected in the first two weeks. However, after one month she is happy with her result. All in all if you see the results you will forget all the straggle that you faced

The second step to loose weight is maintained your food and the amount of water. The normal amount of food is to eat three meals and two snack, be careful when you start a diet don't reduce the meals but reduce the amount. For example, my mother started a diet and she only eats two meals, which has a negative result for her health and weight so you should eat the regular amount with choosing healthy food. In addition, you can find an alternative choice in every kind of unhealthy food you love. For instance, if you want to eat chocolate eat a dark chocolate because it has less sugar and fewer calories. Vegetables and fruits are important to help you loose weight and be healthy because they contain enough vitamins and fewer calories. According to study, an apple a day keeps the doctor away. In the other hand, thirst and hunger are almost identical brain signals Often, when we are hungry the real purpose of the body is just to get water so you should always drink at least 1.5 liter of water.
