My greatest professional achievement

Being able to leave a mark is what makes it worthwhile to get up in the morning. Looking back, it's hard to pick just one thing that makes me most proud, as virtually every position and project provided a unique opportunity to make a difference.

For instance, with changing market and competition in telecommunication industry, my company needs an effective corporate and strategic planning to maintain a top position in market. It’s corporate and strategic planning processes place emphasis on service quality goals and objectives. Company planning processes have a direct impact on service quality measurements. To achieve that company needs a strong supply chain planning with inventory management on newer, reliable and fast paced technology. I took an initiative to develop an System for company stores that scans large shipments, reports and create discrepancy tickets for shipments and this system also falls under umbrella of Inventory management initiative.

So, what I would like to present here is simply the example of how I was able to contribute to my employer's success.

This effort had perhaps the most immediate impact on an organization, drastically cutting down on manual work and significantly increasing everybody's productivity with accuracy. Annually $10, 00,000 cost saving is targeted with successful implementation of Store system.

Our system is unique in the sense of technology integration technologies. Store replenishment was very quick as compared to legacy system where it may take up to one day to scan shipments and report discrepancy to distribution centers or carriers on excel sheets.

After a few sleepless nights and in just five months of system implementation time, we were able to align with project go live date. Among other concerns, we faced few issues like
