IntroductionвЂ"

The underlying significance of this essay is due to the newly discovered research concerning specialized natural cells in human tonsils pack a punch. Tonsils act as a body’s first defense against germs. CD56 bright cells are the specific kind of natural killer cells in the tonsils. The CD56 bright cells help prevent EBV from transforming B cells than natural killer cells located in the peripheral blood. These cells have to be activated in order for them to work.

The prominence of specialized natural killer cells in human tonsils patch a punch moves the field of viral immunobiology towards the correct path by continuing the EBV vaccine. This research may lead to a vaccine/ cure for another herpes virus. Going on with this research will help the human better comprehend the immune system and how a body works to its fullest extent. Another experiment we may conduct to study the way human viral resistance without actually using humans. So instead of experimenting on humans we would facilitate this research on mice with human immune system components.

If I were conducting this research I would create chimpanzees with the human immune system components to see how it reacts to it. I understand this might be a ongoing struggle for my science team, but if I would be able to prove to EPA that this would be crucial of any research. This is so because if we don’t test these animals first there is a possibly we never find a new vaccine, and if goes untreated many complications may occur even striking death. These continuous experiments would help us create vaccines for other viruses in the herpes family. Also, what would be important is if we can locate where the rest of the CD56 bright cells are.
