Formulate, implement and evaluate an HR strategy that addresses some of problems that exist at AltoTech. You are expected to make certain assumptions. Motivate and argue your choice of strategy, and discuss your findings. (40)

QUESTION 2:

Your organisation is experiencing high staff turnover as well as market shortages in terms of skills supply. Implement one or more HR strategies that will reduce the number of resignations and ensure a reliable supply of skills for your organisation. (20)

QUESTION 3:

A communication strategy was recently implemented in your organisation. Discuss how you would go about evaluating such a strategy. Design the evaluation tools and discuss the measurements you would use to evaluate the effectiveness of such a communications strategy.
