Now has managed to strengthen its name as a company with experience and expertise and specialization in fertilizer management, contract farming, the supply of agro-chemical products and transactions that can meet a variety of user satisfaction in the face of global excellence.

             Rooted in agriculture, FNSB in the long-term development plan intends to further expand its business by providing a variety of services associated with the agricultural industry to meet demand within and outside the country.

        The agriculture sector in Malaysia was finished and attention by all parties, especially from the government and private sectors.  Advances in technology and talent to be able to make progress in this industry.

  1. CURRENT SYSTEM

2.1 Explanation of current system

Leave application in Expert Vision Consultancy Services are manually process. Staff needs to fill up the leave application form and submit it to human resource clerk, and then the human resource clerk will to General Manager for approval.  

For certain cases such as unrecorded leave and compassionate leave applications, the leave form together with the short memos, must be sent directly to General Manager for fast approval.

This traditional style are time consuming where the form will be past manually level by level and sometimes it takes a few day just to get the approval.  Staffs also feel difficult to obtain their leave information as there is limited data sharing.  They need to refer to the human resource clerk and the human resource clerk need to open the leave application box file and search the information requested.  Besides that, this manual process has poor data control and sometimes the leave taken is not updated by the officer in charge.  

The approvers also have difficulties to approve the leave application as they do not know the total of staff that has taken a leave on the same date requested.  The human resource clerk needs to help them by record the staff movement in excel.


2.2 Current Process or Flow of Leave Application

The study was made on the application process and the approval of leave. Flow chart below shows the process of leave application by staff until the leave approved recorded by the human resource clerk.

Based on the leave application process, we found that it takes more time for approval of leave and through a number of levels. This result in the possibility of application for leave form is lost during the process. This resulted in a record of leave does not show updates and excessive or reduced leave recorded appears.

Felcra Niaga Sdn Bhd still use traditional way to manage their staff leaves using manually which is required the Human Resource Clerk recorded in Microsoft Excel. There are few types of leave such as;
