[pic 3]

Write this last so that you can summarize the most important points from your business plan.

Provide a concise but positive description of your company, including objectives and accomplishments. For example, if your company is established, consider describing what it set out to do, how it has accomplished goals to date, and what lies ahead. If new, summarize what you intend to do, how and when you intend to do it, and how you think you can overcome major obstacles (such as competition).

You can also choose to use the following four subheadings to organize and help present the information for your executive summary.

Objectives

  • In fiscal year 2015 we hope to establish our first gym in Mexico City. We hope to turn a profit within the first two years of operations.
  • Our metrics used to determine success will be the amount of subscriptions to our gym. We expect exponential growth in the first years followed by a slow-down. As soon as we experience a plateau in sales, we will consider our first expansion into either grocery or more locations for our gyms.
  • A maximoGrocery health food chain would be the next iteration on how we plan to revolutionize national health.

Mission Statement

First world fitness and nutrition without a first world price.

Keys to Success

  • Our customers are our number one priority. In order to succeed and gain any sort of recognition, we must demonstrate how we are different from other gyms. How our first world training and management gives us an edge of the competition.
  • Government subsidies depend on the success of our gym. In return, government subsidy is the main reason we can afford to have those under the poverty line attend our gyms. Government subsidies help pay for memberships, wages and advertising costs.
  • Location and target audience. Most of the gyms in Mexico City cater towards the lifestyles of the rich and famous and therefore are out of the reach of the poorer masses. That is what we are going to target. Hopefully with lower prices we will attract more revenue via pure volume.

Description of Business

We plan to establish a gym chain with hopes of a side grocery business in the future. We will combine first world training and management, with the low cost labor, and government subsidies of Mexico to provide a low cost solution fitness for the people near or below the poverty line at which is currently unavailable. We’ll fight hardball and target the audience other gyms have left untouched. Our low costs, combined with premium amenities will attract lots of people. We are not limited to low income families. Customers from any income bracket are welcome to come and will receive better service and enjoy better facilities than other gyms priced much higher. As long as you are a Mexican citizen, you can enjoy subsidized memberships way below market prices.

Company Ownership/Legal Entity

We intend to be a corporation. We at maximoFitness fully intend to be a powerhouse in the gym and fitness market. Licenses and forms required for starting a business in Mexico include a Sociedad Anonima. There is a minimum startup capital of $5,000 USD, of which $1,000 is payable upon time of incorporation. The law also requires a disinterested or unbiased third party to supervise the operations of company and also act in the best interests of the shareholders.

Obtaining the services of a Notario Publico; a specialized attorney authorized to assist in the filing of paperwork necessary to obtain incorporation approval will be a top priority. He or she will go through the pros and cons of each type of corporations. The fee paid to the Notorio Publico

While obtaining incorporation approval isn’t usually a tough process, having a Mexican National in the ownership mix, even if just a small percentage, will speed of the process significantly so we will also be looking for small Mexican National investment.

Last but not least, we will need FM-3 or FM-2 visas for those that intend to work there. These are obtained from Immigration. Our Notario Publico will be paramount in helping us obtain these visas and any other bureaucratic needs.

Location

Of course a foreign international entering the Mexican fitness market, we would have to locate ourselves in a place where it will benefit us the most. As we’ve said, we are catering to the masses that are near or below the poverty line, with no way to affording personal fitness otherwise. With that consideration we are to acquire the use of industrial warehouse for rent in Naucalpan, Alce Blanco, Mexico City, just 35 minutes from the heart of the city. A short 15km northwest of downtown Mexico City, it is a convenient location that is near the people of Mexico City. It also a very convenient to the workers of the industrial areas; the segment we are targeting. The low income families and people that work in these industrial areas. The address of the property is:
