  1. What are the three important aspects in the definition of advertising? How the organization able to address that concern?

First, Advertising is paid communication for the company or organization’s information to be spread out. This states that if a communication isn’t paid for, then it cannot be called advertising. Second, Advertising is a mass mediate. Communication is delivered by the means of some medium designed to reach a large number of people. So the message is not delivered directly or in a face to face manner. Third, all advertising includes an attempt to persuade. So advertisements are considered effective when it get someone to do something.

  1. When was the time an organization adopt the Integrated Brand Promotion? Cite specific situation wherein the adoption of it is inevitable?

There are five important ways advertising affects brand development and management; Information and persuasion, Introduction of New Brand and Brand Extension, Building and Maintaining Brand Loyalty among Consumers, Creating an image and Meaning for the Brand, and Building and maintaining Brand Loyalty within the Trade.

So an organization can adopt this said Brand Promotion, when then know they can be satisfied. For example, people are always looking for discounts, so in that way a certain brand need to do some strategy so they can maintain the demand for their products.

  1. According to Peter Drucker, “Marketing and Innovation produce results: all the rest are costs”. Justify the statement.

He stated that the most important things are marketing and innovation. Innovation and marketing become the only two basic functions of the business capable of driving sustainable growth. Why? Simply because businesses need to be more externally focused on finding and retaining customers, discovering what they really want and need, and then flexing their innovation muscles to develop products and services that customers will buy. After doing this, all the rest will come up easily. Without this external customer focus there may not be jobs to do.
