This quote explains almost everything that happens in high school. People change and it is sometimes for the worst. Love is the biggest influence of a girl in high school. Boys make school seem less important than it really is. At least that's what happened to me.

It all started when I was in my sophomore year of high school. I went to a football game the one Friday night planning on have a good time with my friends. Little did I know, I was going to meet a wonderful guy through one of my friends. We ended up talking that night, and he saw me on Monday while we were at school. We ended up hanging out and then it came to be that we were dating. High school has some perks to it!

While we were in school, Eric would work second shift plus go to school. He would only get off work around midnight. Since he would get off this late, I would usually be sleeping. Sometimes we would talk on the phone after he got off work, while other times he would visit my house and give me a kiss goodnight and go home. It was kind of our way of seeing each other outside of school.

When he would come over, he would park down the street a little so that no one would see his car. The one particular night my mom left the front living room light on, so Eric was unsure of parking on my street and instead he went down to the next street to park. And instead of walking around the block, he cut through a neighbor's lawn. If the neighbors would have just minded their own business, this whole ordeal wouldn't have happened.
