The main objective of this research is to test the above hypothesis. Second, to deduce the relationship between the three main variables of the research; namely; work ethics, employee performance and organization performance. Third, to find out whether other factors like pay, law, can take the role of work ethics in reforming employees behavior

Based on a sample of 250, a survey method; self-administered questionnaire is developed. Data collected from only 145 respondents and analyzed accordingly. Several conclusions and findings are drawn at the end of the research. Recommendations are given to future researchers who want to conduct research on Work Ethics and how it is essential for the employees, as well as, organization performance.

The research revolves around three variables; two dependent variables; employee performance and organization performance, and one independent variable, work ethics. The unit of analysis in the research is the relationship between the three key variables

  • Is there are other factors organizations use to affect employee performance? “What are they? Do those factors are more effective than workplace ethics?
  • Can organization performance be strong or better without work ethics? To what degree?
  • What affects employees performance more; compensation/ rules and regulation, monitoring or work ethics
