Firstly, I would like to thanks my Lecturer Miss Hairul Aysa Binti Abdul Halim Sithiq who taught me this module and make me understand to do this assignment in every tutorial and lecture class. Now I know how to use Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Microsoft access and Microsoft power point very well by the help provided in classes.

Secondly, I would like to thank my friends that help me allot in understanding different features in Microsoft office in the group discussion that we were doing.

In addition, thanks to my house mates who give me support and motivate me to do the work on time.

Lastly, I would like to say thanks to everyone who helped me direct or indirect in doing and completing this assignment.

2.0 Introduction

In this assignment I was needed to use Microsoft office to create database, spreadsheets, word document and power point slides for gift2give house shop.

Gift2give house is a gift shop which was established in May 2010. It is located at Bukit Jalil 57000, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Our shop is popular shop since different customers come and get the items that they couldn’t get under one shop. We also provide a delivery service for our customers. In our shop we provide goods such as chocolates, candies, roses, carnations and many other gifts items.

In this New Year eve we provide our customers with big offers with the aim of making them celebrate this event with happiness.

3.0 Worksheets Items

3.1 Home Worksheet

This sheet contains five hyperlinks which are; Suppliers, Flower stalks Gallery, Gift Accessories Supply, Sweet Factory and Charts. The layout is shown on the figure 1 below,

3.2 Suppliers Worksheet

This worksheet contains five Tables which are; Flower stalks Gallery Table, Gift Accessories Supply Table, Sweet Factory Table, Comparison Table and Amount counted Table.

3.2.1 Flower stalks Gallery table

Figure 2 above shows the price of rose, carnation, statices and shows the types of items contained in the Flower stalks gallery table.

Types of items for flower stalks gallery table were calculated by the formula shown below:

The formula counts the items that are present in from cell B12 up to cell B14 which the result was 3 items.

3.2.2 Gift accessories supply table

Figure 3 above shows the price of plastic wraps, basket, ribbons, and cards and shows the amount of items which are included in the Gift accessories supply table.

Types of items for gift accessories supply were calculated by the formula below:

The formula counts the items which are present in from cell E12 to cell E15 which the result was 4 items.

3.2.3 Sweet Factory table

Figure 4 above shows the price of chocolates, chocolate-chip cookies, candies and shows the amount of items which are included in the sweet factory table.

Types of items for sweet factory were calculated by the formula below:

The formula counts the items which were in the cell between H12 to cell H14 which the result was 3 items.

3.2.4 Comparison table

Figure 5 above shows the comparison of total amount of money spent to each supplier.
