Aliens 1890

Aliens is a 1986 American science fiction action film written and directed by James Cameron, produced by Gale Anne Hurd and starring Sigourney Weaver (as Ellen Ripley ). The movie talks about 57 years after Ellen Ripley had an encounter with the alien creature from the first movie, she is called back to help a group of trained marines fight off against the aliens . At first , the marines didn’t believe what Ellen said about her past , and didn’t believe her story, they made fun of her and said that their weapons will kill anybody but the mentality then changed when they found out later that they are up against more than what they waited for.It was not an ordinary mission but a mission where it's either fight or die .But at that time, the aliens have taken over a space colony on the LV-426. As the Marines do their best to defend themselves, we can see that they are starting to become a team.At the they didn’t have any coordination loss , as the majority of group research suggests that the optimal size of an effective and productive team is between three and seven people.And at the end they ended up to be only 4 people in the team( Ripley, Newt, Hicks, and the critically damaged Bishop)

In this team the most eligible leader for the rescue team is Ellen Ripley because she is the only one in that spaceship to know the truth and she is not going there to just do a normal job. But she has experience , she is bossy and know how to manage the team correctly by giving correct orders , she thinks about the others before herself , she is conscientious and she even is kind-hearted. We can see that at the end she attempted to protect a young girl who is the only survivor of the decimated space colony even if that costs her life.
