"If my people, which are called by name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land" (2 Chronicles 7:14). The Bible is an excellent source of companionship toward individuals in our society today. Reading an interpretation of the Bible directs individuals in today's society on a prosperous journey throughout life. It also helps us to be become better Christians in our everyday walk with Christ. It encourages individuals to be strong, courageous, and faithful to one another

According to Psalm 46:1, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." Whenever I think of strength, I think of power and might. God has given me strength many times when I was lonely and could not see my way through life. He also has protected me when people started to talk about me and harass me with their evil tongues and thoughts. However, as a child of God, I must face adversity in life in order to gain salvation. No matter what I go through, God is there to sustain me. It tells me in Psalm 27: 1, 3, 5, &6 "The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?" "Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident." "For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock." "And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy." There have been times in my life when I needed the Lord to be my strength and also to protect me from hurt, harm, and danger. God was there to be my way out of darkness because there were people trying to annihilate me and make me denounce God, but he was there to make everything perfect for me. God will also give me strength to resist temptation in life because I know that he will be there to lead and guide me. Moreover, when I have strength in God, I will become a true believer and know that he is real and alive in my heart today. I should have strength in Jesus because Satan is on every hand trying to kill, steal, and destroy God's people.

As I face the many difficult challenges in the world today, courage, which is expounded by the Bible, guides me through a life of success. It tells me in Psalm 27:14, "Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord." As I go throughout life, I should have patience and courage because God will do miraculous things in my life if I just wait on him. I should always be courageous because the devil tempts me in every way, and if I do not have courage, I cannot fight the devil off. Also, if I do not know the word of God, I will not know how to make the devil flee from me. Besides, it tells me in James 4:7, "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." I will forever yield myself to God because when I do, I know that the devil will not be able to prevail against my beliefs. Furthermore,
