Growing up I had all types of friends. I was known as the social butterfly. There is nothing like having a good friend. Someone you know that has your back. I only have two true friends. I love them with all my heart. I laugh, cry, and trust them with anything.

Robin is my cousin and my long-time friend. Our relationship is full of laughter and a lot of love. We grew up in the play pen together, so of course it is natural for us to be close. Robin has a glow about her, when she is around everything seems to brighter even on a cloudy day.

I have so many memories with her. We have been through so much good trouble together. We are like two sneaky cats, creeping through an alley side by side. Our relationship is like no other.

My funniest memory of her and I goes along with the saying what yours is mine and mine is yours. We had just come back from working out at the YMCA. When I checked my mail there was a letter from the Ohio Lottery. Automatically I showed it to Robin. We started to grin with excitement before I opened the letter.

When I opened the letter the first line read, "Congratulations." I started hollering and screaming with excitement, Robin did the same. Keep in mind this is my letter. We are sitting in her car on my street. Everyone that is sitting on their porches is wondering what we are hollering about.

When I screamed I won, Robin did too. This went on for about a good 20 minutes before I read the whole letter. We are hugging, crying, and laughing thinking I hit it big! I finally calm down and read the rest of the letter. The smile disappeared as I read, "congratulations your entry has been received; if it is drawn you will be notified." What? I could not believe I did not hit it big! Then I turned to Robin and said, "What were you screaming for?" We laughed because if I had been a winner she would have been one too.
