Many personal and professional verbal and nonverbal communications that occur around me, are the languages discriminated, situations individuals can be discriminated against as well, such as some examples of verbal and nonverbal language discrimination observed and believe if discrimination in communications is ethical or not.

Language discrimination is when a person is treated differently for the way he or she speaks. It’s not the person itself but, it’s the matter how the person style speaks is used while speaking. An example of this definition is you have worked at a company for several years, and while on break and while talking to other Spanish coworkers, you usually speak in Spanish. Your company recently announced a "speak-English-only" policy, and your supervisor has told you not to ever speak Spanish to your coworkers while at work. Individuals being discriminated against have vary of situations that occur in everyday life, some of the types are race, sex, age, appearance, weight, etc. An example can be in the workplace, the company is hiring, and you go in for an interview you meet the qualifications but, you don’t apply because you are a female and the company doesn’t want females because they believe females can’t do the job.
