Purpose

This report is focused on the research on the differences of the quality of life between the two cities. Various methods of surveying will be carried out in order to gather data to compare life quality.

Hypothesis

I predict that the people of urban Pagsanjan may have a better standard of living than those in rural Magdalena. The populace in urban areas will have access to better healthcare, higher quality of education, more access to food and potable water as well as more job opportunities. Rural areas may also have more ecological and social benefits such as cleaner environment, more biodiversity, and a cheaper lifestyle. The better ecological environment and happier society may be affected by factors such as natural disasters, since they may lack the money and resources to help themselves back on their feet.

Theory of Content

An official report is started with an elaborated hypothesis and a prediction, ending with a full evaluation and conclusion explaining the successes and faults in my hypothesis. As background information I will look at the brief history of the area in question with an annotated physical map. I will need to include my survey techniques for a layout of my questions. To present my data, I will use a series of graphs with full analysis along with pictures of the area. A bibliography with in-text citation will be necessary to show full credit for research.
