Walking through New York City
New York City is one of the greatest cities in the world. It is home to over eight million people. New York is known for its skyscrapers and all the opportunities for anyone to get a fresh start. Visiting New York City is a great way to spend my day. Walking and seeing all the wonderful attractions, including Times Square, Central Park, 5th Avenue, and Battery Park is an amazing experience that one will never forget.
As I walk out of Port Authority I am immediately in the heart of the city, Midtown. As I make my way through the city Times Square is my first stop. Times Square is one of my favorite places in the city. It is a great place to find some of the city’s best street performers, and world renowned electronic signs. Times Square is one of the city’s hottest tourist attraction. When I sit on the iconic red steps in times square, where I will often see the huge line of people waiting to have the chance to buy discount broadway tickets is a huge tourist attraction.
After I make my way to have a leisurely walk in Central Park. Central Park is one of the most peaceful places in the city. As I walk through I hear the sound of music from pedestrians instruments. Central Park is home to my favorite reservoir where people can rent remote control boats and drive them in the pond. Central Park is a great place for biking while seeing nature at its finest.
Immediately after I exit Central Park, I walk down 5th Avenue. This luxury street is home to some of the most expensive stores including Louis Vuitton, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Gucci, and Giorgio Armani. While walking down this street I see a huge amount of luxury cars driving towards all the expensive stores. Another thing about 5th Avenue is world renowned Trump Tower.
