3) AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:-

The major idea in this study is that there should be good treatment to teacher by senior members, for example, Chairperson of the institute, Principal and Senior Teachers. There should not be colour discrimination and inferiority complex among teachers. Education must have quality, for example, NET/SET this restriction is applied for bachelor degree and post-graduation.

Kingsley Amis in his work carried the subjection of the teacher's character throughout the novel. There were not written topics regarding the subjects before 1950s. So, during this process what happen to exploited character and how they become the puppet in the novel is interesting factor to study.

4) HYPOTHESIS:-

The research topic is chosen to study the exploited character as they being subjected in real life circumstances, therefore, being the mirror of academic system, literature reflects it skillfully. To read everyday at least one newspaper like 'Times of India' and observe news regarding my topic that can help me to write my thesis more attractive. As well as I need to go through educational journals published weekly or monthly.

I have to join such libraries having maximum account of books for example Jaykar Library and British Council Library. I also used encyclopedias like Encyclopedia Britannica. I also went through several bibliographies from books thoroughly. The study of bibliographies made me available some new books or articles concerning to my topic. Following vivid types of Web sides on Internet, I searched particular authors by name, by title for a particular book.

I have determined for action research I surveyed by making questionnaire of twenty points (20) by visiting several universities, colleges and try to observe present situation of academic world.

Questionnaire consists of following questions-

1) Do you have any experience being discriminated by senior or junior member

under any circumstances?

2) How does politics interfere in the education system?

3) Explain the role of Education Minister.
