Being raised by North Korea's "Great Leader" Kim Il-sung, "Dear Leader" Kim Jong-il is used to getting what he wants. Now he has his nuclear bomb, and he is largely unstoppable for spending his country's resources into his nuclear program. North Korea, has agreed to go back to party talks on its nuclear program with the United Nation. Pyongyang agreed to resume talking following a meeting brokered by its main trading partner, China, between North Korean officials and a top American diplomat who dropped hints that the sanctions, which froze bank assets overseas of the profligate Kim, could be discussed.

This is all about the discussion concerning Kim Jong Il's money laundering for his nuclear bomb. Talking is always better than firing missiles. But in North Korea's case, with its leader unpredictable and ruthless, it is no guarantee that he will give up his nuclear program and loose on his iron grip to his people. I believe that this is a great loss for the Koreans. He leaves his people-his hostages, starvation, poor health, and indecent way of living- considering the damaged surrounding due to the harmful effects of nuclear bomb- because of the money and properties focused on the program. Instead of spending on food and other basic needs for North Koreans, he wasted their properties for their own destruction. He's the only one who is determined to pursue this bomb, in other words, he's the only one who wants to kill humanization. It is regrettable to hear this news, no one is benefited in this kind of program, and it even makes the environment unpleasant. As a student, I will do my best to preserve our nature. I will not do anything to harm them like burning plastics. I won't even think to continue Kim Jong Il's program if ever I have the chance. If I were the president of the Philippines, I would help in this peace talk. I certainly believe that through this, the cooperating countries
