When you watch Osama bin Laden on television you never see him rattled. He truly looks like a cleric and representative of Islam (the derivative of "Islam" means "peace"). His countenance is much like that often attributed to Jesus. He appears peaceful, calm and thoughtful. He doesn't speak with anger intoned in his voice. He is eminently believable as you watch him speak. This terrorist is a very different terrorist from any we have seen in the past. His followers believe his vision of reality to be as true as a Christian does...as true as every person's beliefs are. Like ALL people of GREAT FAITH AND PATRIOTISM, his followers are willing to give their lives for their God and in "defense" of their people. He firmly believes that the United States has done the people of Islam a great deal of harm and he has numerous times made clear that to kill an American is to honor God. Why kill innocent citizens? To kill a taxpayer that supports the military is to honor God. He has also stated that the United States has repressed it's seven million believers in the Islamic faiths. But why kill innocents?

The why is not hard to understand at all. Every month Palestinian Arabs, for example, are killed with American made weapons. America has always been a great friend to Israel...the nation of Jewish people that happens to want access to a holy site in Jerusalem. This holy site, the Jewish Temple, currently is occupied (and has been for a LONG time) by "The Dome on the Rock." One of three holy sites to the people of Islam, the Dome on the Rock sits on the site of the Jewish Temple which hasn't been accessible for years and years to Jews. Instead, they stop at the Wailing Wall and pray there. Two people, two religions needing their holy site which sees the other as evil. But it's worse.

In Saudi Arabia, the royal family helped America 10 years ago by allowing the USA to fight Iraq (another Arab state). More Americans killing Muslims. Bin Laden couldn't stand it and he focused his attention and his $300,000,000 inheritance on defending the true religion. The true God. To kill an American is to honor God.

In fact, Friday, one leader of Islam in Pakistan was quoted as saying that Allah increased the intensity of the heat of the two jets hitting the Twin Towers in New York so that they would fall. (Pakistan is one of three countries that recognizes the current "leadership" in Afghanistan as an actual government.)

Bin Laden's successful project fulfills one dream he had in 1993 when one tower of World Trade Center didn't fall into the other as he had hoped. He has trained and assisted other operations, including the destruction of US Embassies in Africa and the suicide bombing on the USS Cole last year in Yemen. He is tenacious and is constantly thinking OUT OF THE BOX. Bin Laden doesn't do what you expect.

He isn't going to send a missile to blow up a city. What is on his agenda now?

Like all false leaders, he hides and preaches his gospel while the people fulfill the mission of "god" or "God." Everyone can die for their religion except, of course, the leaders who are smart enough to hide out. There are thousands of people that are going to be happy to fly a plane into another symbol of evil (from the vantage point of the terrorist).

Bin Laden will think out of the box. You probably won't see an airplane drilled into a building for a long time...at least not sponsored by Bin Laden. Now he's killed 5,000 people in one well thought stroke. He will attempt to improve upon his success in his next strike. He's considering or has probably considered other obvious efforts that would give him results for his millions.
