Challenge of authority when invited or forced to interact with another presuming authority.

Do not presume anybody has jurisdiction over you.

Do not argue points within any jurisdiction or that tacitly admits to being under that jurisdiction.

DO NOT MIX jurisdictions. If you are a superior man within your own jurisdiction of law under our creator in heaven above, do not use a statute for a defense, especially when there is nothing to “answer to”.

Elements of Jurisdiction

All the required proofs of jurisdiction must be on the record.

Adversary Needs Standing to Invoke Jurisdiction

Adversary must show there is a claim that is in controversy and that the court has jurisdiction over the matter and the parties.

It is the adversary that is to be challenged first.

If adversary or adversarial judge makes incorrect statements you can bet they are for the record. Therefore all false statements are to be objected to and denied, challenged, corrected.

I am not the defendant.

(judge) What is your name?

Are you ordering me to present myself as a US citizen?

Are you enticing me to slavery?

Where is the accuser? Where is the signed complaint? Where is the evidence of notice for opportunity to cure or remedy?

Have you not seen the record of the evidence of our stipulated agreement?

Denial of Presumed Standing of Adversary

1. I do not consent.

2. I am not the defendant.

3. Will you please identify the defendant?

4. I decline all benefit privilege.

5. Does anyone here have a claim against me here today? (Repeat until you get agreement on the record that that no one has come forward with a claim. If they do not respond, put their non-rebuttal and agreement on the record and walk out. (order bailiff to remove the shackles if necessary).

Nature and Cause of the Action

1. What law am I named in or found under?

2. Where is the accuser that I may face them?

3. There is nothing to answer to until the nature & cause of a claim is revealed.

4. There is no defense for an unknown & unverified claim.

5. I need the prosecutor to certify that the charges are law that applies to me.

6. Who has a claim against me.
