In "Iris" The speaker talks about the fact that regardless of what the world thinks, his love will continue, "you can't fight the tears that ain't coming, but I know you can feel me some how... I don't want the world to see me cause I don't think that they'd understand." In the song "Slide" they speak more of the sexual side of love "I want to
