Abstract

As an organization a lot of companies are working on having you work from home instead of coming into the work place on a full time basis. I think that if you work from home this could be an advantage and a disadvantage. I think that when given the option to work from home a lot of employees would love this option because if you are really good at your job and know that its easy to focus at home then you can get the job done. The people who wouldn’t be good for this are the people who aren’t good at time management skills and wouldn’t be a good fit. There are always pros and cons about working from home.

Greatest Barrier from working from home
I know that if I owned a business I would give my employees the option to work from home if possible. The reason why I would give them the option is because a lot of employees know that they could get the job done and in a timely manner.       I feel that the fear of conflict is one of the biggest problems when it comes working away from home station. The reason I feel this is because a lot of us are set in our own way and we know that we are right and when we don’t want to upset our coworkers because if someone is upset then they might not get the job done and will throw other people under the bus.  Then if people are upset things might get done better to just prove a point.

I think that when you have a large group of people that you have to supervise in your team you should maybe have five supervisors who can manage five to six people. Then you can relay the message to the Supervisor and the supervisor can relay the message to the worker. If the worker feels that they are being micromanaged by a whole they might not want to work as hard when it comes to getting the job done. If you have teams and then certain jobs can get accomplished then we should have any overload when it
