INTRODUCTION OF THE COMPANY

Trustline Securities Pvt. Ltd., a Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 is a Member of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) & Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) of Cash and F&O Segment, Central Depository Services Ltd. (CDSL), National Securities Depository Ltd. (NSDL) and also a Trading member of the Currency Derivative Segment of NSE.

The company was established in 1989 by Dr. Mukesh Kansal. It was formerly known as K&A Securities Private Limited. It was started as a stock broking company and got transformed into a public limited company. It was then called as Trustline Securities Limited, with the emergence of new exchange in the Indian financial market Trustline entered into commodity, equity and currency. The company offers a wide range of financial services to the customers to meet their financial requirements. The company offers online as well as offline services to its customers.

The company provides services to more than one lakh satisfied clients with a team of more than 500 employees in 400 offices. It deals in financial markets, insurance, wealth management and real estate. The company owns and manages the website called www.trustline.in which is one of the leading destinations for real estates, equity, and commodity.

Trustline is a professionally managed group headed by the directors, having vast experience in the stock market. Besides the core promoters, the group is having its full-fledged teams headed by young and dynamic professionals like Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, MBA’s, IT professionals etc. to handle the various divisions of the company.

GROUP COMPANIES

Trustline has 6 group companies:

• Trustline Securities Ltd- This company was registered under the companies act 1956, and is a member of National as well as Bombay stock exchange. It is also a member of National Security Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Service Limited (CDSL). The company trades in currency, equity and commodity segment.
• Trustline Commodities Pvt. Ltd- This company provides the facility of trading in Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) and National Commodity Derivative Exchange (NCDX). MCX helps the clients to deal with copper, gold, silver etc. On the other hand, NCDX helps the clients to trade in agricultural commodities like bajra, dhaniya etc.
• Trustline Finvest Ltd- This company was started in 2010. It is involved with real estate activities. The company deals in real estate only in Delhi/NCR. The company helps the clients in buying, selling and renting of property, apartments etc.
• Trustline Insurance Brokers (P) Ltd- The company was incorporated in 2008. The company is involved in legal, accounting and auditing activities and provides insurance services to the clients.
• Trustline Real Estates (P) Ltd- The company helps the clients to deal in property. This company helps them to choose the best property according to their requirement and budget.
• Trustline Academy- The Investment School- This school provides training to the students regarding investment, shares and how to do trading in the share market.

• The mission of the company is to develop market oriented products to achieve the satisfaction of customers by providing timely delivery of quality products.
• To provide investors with easy investment ideas.
• To minimize the risk of the investors.

• The vision of the company is to be a global organization to meet individual specifications of the client with quality products and customized solutions.

COMPANY ACHIEVEMENTS

• 1989- The company started its operations.
• 1995- The company was incorporated and it also became the member of NSE cash segment.
• 2000- The company became the depository participant of CDSL.
• 2003 to 2009- The company became the member of NCDEX, NSE F&O segment, MCX, BSE cash segment, BSE F&O, NSE currency segment and also became the depository participant of NSDL.
• 2011- In this year trustline gold was launched.

I-Trade Online Department

In i-trade online department I worked under the guidance of Mr. Abhishek Verma. The learnings done in this department are as follows:

Stock Exchange- There are two types of stock exchange:

• National Stock Exchange- National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) is the leading stock exchange of India, located in Mumbai. It is the fourth largest in the world by equity trading volume in 2015, according to World Federation of Exchanges (WFE). It was established in 1992 and Mr. Vikram Limaye is the CEO in charge of this exchange. It is ranked as the largest stock exchange in India in terms of total and average daily turnover for equity shares every year since 1995, based on annual reports of SEBI. NSE offers trading, clearing and settlement services in equity, equity derivatives, debt and currency derivatives segments. It is the first exchange in India to introduce electronic trading facility thus connecting together the investor base of the entire country.

Around 1600 companies are listed in National Stock Exchange and the benchmark that reflects how the companies are performing is NIFTY. The word NIFTY 50 has been derived from national plus 50 companies. The NIFTY 50 is a diversified 50 stock index accounting for 12 sectors of the economy. It is used for a variety of purposes such as benchmarking fund portfolios, index based derivatives and index funds.
