We have completed extensive consumer research to identify a clear need in the marketplace for this "new to the world" product. GolfersÐ'--particularly players who average a score of over 100 and consider themselves Social Golfers or Golf LoversÐ'--showed a significantly high (22% and 19% respectively) purchase intent. Our innovative marketing strategy targets the golfers in a fairly inexpensive way to encourage trialÐ'--through our extensive BallTrak Road Show.

We expect to achieve profitability in year two. In advance of then, we intend to focus year one on development and testing and year two on a soft launch of this new product, which will entail road shows to public golf courses nationwide and accompanying sales opportunities to targeted golf pro shops and via the Internet.
